Empowerment Coaching is the process of helping people to find their confidence, identify and achieve their personal goals, and overcome the obstacles that stand in their way... while EMPOWERING them to reach their full potential.

Teresa loves working with her clients to help them discover their purpose, set goals, overcome obstacles, and develop healthy habits to improve their skills, careers, relationships, and lives.  Teresa uses her experiences as a mother, "Grammy," Performance Coach, teacher, patient, and entrepreneur to help inspire, guide, challenge, motivate, support, and encourage her clients toward success.

Teresa has published four books, has her own Podcast, and has been featured in several documentaries.  Being happy, healthy, and confident is an ever-changing lifelong journey, not a destination.  While therapy focuses on the past, EMPOWERMENT COACHING focuses on the future.

Parent/Child/Teen Coaching:

Over the past 35 years, Teresa has taught thousands of children within her Performing Arts School.  As a single working mom, Teresa raised her own three children to become happy, healthy, and successful adults.  She now loves spending time with her four adorable grandsons.

Since children are not born with an instruction manual, every parent needs a coach! Teresa can help you and your child be happy, healthy, empowered, and confident.

Patient Empowerment:

Because Teresa lives with a chronic neuromuscular disease (Myasthenia Gravis), she clearly understands the importance of offering empowerment, direction, and support to other patients.
